For me Sekiu always was a first light and last light kinda deal. It seemed from sun up till 10ish and the last 2 hours of light were most productive with the middle of the day being kind of a dead zone. Caves, Mussalini, Pillar and Slip point are good spots to start. Flashers and spoons work or spinning a cut plug next to the kelp beds at first light can be pretty fun to. Good Luck. And bring gas cans cause i dont think olsons gas dock is working still.
