Dungeness Crab Biscuits and Gravy

Postby Brandon » Fri Dec 06, 2013 3:27 pm

Im a huge Biscuits and Gravy fan. So after hearing the Bait 2 Plate segment a few weeks ago and listening to Nelly and Rob screamin how good it was I had to try it. I rounded up a couple buddies, a flask full of fireball and off we went. Raking crab comes around a few times a year and I always like to get out a few times. The tides were perfect this week with no wind at night. Nothin like 20 degree weather wading around the canal at 11pm. Some nights you can walk around and limit out in 30 min. Other nights not so much.

Im a terrible cook so I recruited my girlfriend to help me out with the recipe. We followed it exactly how it goes and I was blown away. YOU ARE MISSING OUT IN LIFE IF YOU DONT TRY THIS!! Seriously... best thing ive ever ate. It was that good. The Bait 2 Plate guy is the man!! You guys need to bring him in studio again! Headed out again tonight for more!
