Apple Cider Broiled Salmon

Postby Chef Patrick » Thu Nov 21, 2013 7:10 pm

I put this dish on my Thanksgiving table last year, and plan to again this year. It goes well with the other holiday fare, and is a nice way to say "thanks" for the year's catch.
Plus since it came up on the show last week, this is probably a good time to share the recipe.
Find the recipe here.

This is an awesome recipe Patrick thumbup

I only had a little bit of cider left over from Thanksgiving, but it was just enough for a couple of slabs of coho. Next time I'll prepare an entire batch like you suggested...very well worthwhile.
