2 days of limiting the boat out equals a lot of eggs for me, 15/18 were hens, and more smoked salmon going into the new Masterbuilt Smoker!

Thanks and yes sir, all out of the ol' drift boat! rockon

Went out all 3 days last weekend (yes, I work 4 10's so Friday is a weekend day for me! :D ) and had great results all days with 20+ fish landed each day and our 9 fish in the Katch Kooler... kinda, it doesn't really fit 9 big coho in it! Techniques have included hoochie spinners, twitchin' jigs and hoochies, dick nites, and plugs. I have not even got into the side drifting/egg fishing that most are throwing right now on the Snohomish System. No need to use my eggs yet! I have enjoyed catching these fish on "hardware" and other techniques. Keep an open mind while fishing these coho and don't be afraid to change things up if you are not getting them to bite!

Some pics....

Friday with my Dad and brother included a giant buck!

Saturday, some real nice fish. Fish are definitely starting to turn and having to weed through lots of red ones.

And Sunday I took my g/f Kelcey and good freind and bass fishing extraordinaire Ron Hobbs Jr. Caught some real fat hens and some hog bucks! We also hooked one Chum and saw a few others so the dogs are moving in!

So I am going to take a break for the next week or two and go run the bass boat and wait for some rain. The fish are really stacking in fewer and fewer holes which is causing them to get quite crowded between guides and everyone so I'm out until a flood!
