The way I read the regs, two spoons with one hook each is ok. A hoochie with two hooks and a spoon with one hook is not.

Glad to clarify that, I do want to use a hootchie on one side tomorrow so guess I can only user the teaser on the spoon side... thanks for the input guys.

or just run a single hook on the hootchie
