Not too much new to report the last couple of weeks. Seems to be a slow start to spring fishing, but I expect things to heat up very soon.Water temp is around 45 degrees. Getting shakers mostly and some nice Bull Trout. I expect things to change within the week. Having some real nice warm days to fire things up.
Brownies flies that are working are 215,221,214,228, and 219. Typical spring colors. For Lymans, green's and pinks mostly. Top 30 feet. Getting a few at around 77, but not many. I'll send out a report soon to let you know when the big trout have turned on.
I have a few salmon / halibut trips in August left. Prime time. Looking like a great summer is on its way. They are already getting some fish in Ucluelet now. Feeder springs and some salmon from the early Columbia River run. What an awesome time out on the west coast !! I can hardly wait to get out there and load up.

Hope to hear from you soon.
