The County Sheriff chuckeled at as as we left the Everett boat ramp this AM.
With a short window of two hours before work, we ran out near Hat Island.
BUMPY is an understatement to describe what we found turning the Jetty that was almost completely covered by the high waters!
Hit one of my favorite spots, dropped the Q-Cove Flasher's rigged with spoons and found a few willing players!
Notice the Coast Guard boat in the background,...... guessing they had comments simular to the Sheriff??!!

Definitely a strong December pattern emerging on the flat, south of Hat Island.

Last year there were some absolute toads taken mid month and this year seems to be no exception!
