A BIG thanks to the folks at Lamiglas

Postby ReiterRat » Sun Sep 09, 2012 9:46 pm

Just wanted to share a bit about how cool the folks at Lamiglas are for stepping up and helping out a friend and fellow fishermen.

As some of you know Lamiglas built us (Three Rivers Marine) some off the chart downrigger rods that we have had some great success with. A friend of mine has been wanting one of these since we first got them in. Due to some limitations he cannot use conventional gear.

I called the folks at Lamiglas to see what they could do to make a spinning version.
They came through big time!

As you can see from the pics they made Keith a very happy guy!

Not only did they build him a bad ass custom rod, when I asked how much I owed them they said no charge. They were more than happy to help out a fellow fisherman.

I just wanted to give a HUGE thanks to Jason Hambly and Josh Cooper of Lamiglas and Randy Thompson
Of R&R Rods that made it all happen.

That is way cool!
John Posey of.Lamiglas is.a class act all.the way!
Normally, I would never approve the use of spinning gear for downrigger use but in this case, I will make an exception! thumbup
