A9 Evening Bite

Went out last night, launched at 4pm...met with Mr. Policeman at the dock to give me my annual boat check...and delay me 20 minutes. Sigh...oh well...he didn't know that I was in a hurry. They have been at the dock everyday this week, so make sure you have your tabs current, and your safety gear ready. Big one they always get boaters on, is expired flares. Me being an ext USCG guy...I was squared away and off I went....got on scene about 4:45pm and 10 minutes into our trip got the first one on 14lbs, and then went about 2hrs with nothing...then we got this nice 37" keeper QCove flasher w/3.5" King Fisher on the deck....also not a boat within a 1000yrds!!!

Nice work Nance!
I know of some solid action on the bar today too and Point No Point showed signs of life as well.
I just bet that Possession Bar/Double Bluff and No Point are going to have a solid weekend.....and solid August as well!

Gracias....there was a lot of bait on the bar last weekend...but last night, I was struggling to find them...I will be in search of where all that bait went!!!
