Northbound and Down!

Postby Robbo » Tue May 22, 2012 4:49 pm

Well, I can finally see the floor of our garage again

Borrowed dads big 18' flat bed truck from Peninsula Power today to haul all the Alaska goodies to Northland Tug and Barge over in Seattle. Along the way we stopped at Frontier Packaging in Kent to pick up a load of POW Sportfishing fish boxes that barely, barely fit on the truck. A quick stop at Frys Electronics in Renton to exchange a bad camera case that I just bought there...then off to Northland. The folks at Northland remind of the service you get at Les Schwaby. Lots of helpful staff that work their behinds off. I have a feeling they weed out the slackers pretty darned quick around there whip

Thankfully pops went along to help out or I'm pretty sure I'd still be stuck in the driveway trying to load everything bangheadwall

I fly out on Monday and the work begins Monday afternoon when I hit the ground on Prince of Wales Island. Looking forward to getting back after it again though thumbup

Thanks Big Kahuna cheers

I need to swing those pots by the gamey when I get into town to make sure they conform to SE kwabbing regulations. George made some mods that should work...just need to get the green light from Trooper John ;)

The run forecasts are sure good that's for certain thumbup

Looking forward to another great year up there. I am about a week behind you on heading up there. I will make sure I stop by and find out all the places not to go.......I mean to go. ;) I wish I was up there now.
