90 is way too hot for me I'm glad that I'm home in the wind and rain.
I'm sorry that was a great big lie I want to be fishing where the wind and water is warm.
You guys got a tough job I tell ya.

Well, the boats and rooms are air conditioned... wave

What bums me about the weather we're having in the Western Washington area right now is that it kills your fishing opportunity.
I mean blowing 40kts and it's 40 degrees... and the USGS river level website even went out!

If you can't fish on the sound and the rivers are "yo-yo ing"... dude thumbdown .

We're hoping to get a bunch more folks down here next year. we're hosting 30 folks from the Seattle area down here for dinner tonight and that's what makes this trip special.
We get to hang out with friends -new and old- in a beautiful place where the sun shines... while the weather at home stinks.

Come on down... the water is fine and the billfish are biting!!

How is Western Washington going to be at the end of July? I am taking a trip up there and I want to do some fishing. Just spent some time doing some fresh water fishing at some Lake Tahoe Hotels, and I am excited to bring my skills to some deep sea fishing. Any tips on the best places to go? Thanks.

Welcome aboard A,
Lots going on here in Western Washington this time of year.
Lakes loaded with bass and trout, rivers with salmon and steelhead and salt water options abound with salmon, crab and tuna just getting cranked up.
July is a great time in all of Washington and if you give us a clue where you'll be visiting, I'm sure you're going to get lots of local suggestions!
