PSA SNOKING and PSA State Board President Ron Garner along with his wife Jean were honored at the January PSA SnoKing meeting. Ron and Jean spend an unbelievable amount hours working on issues concerning our state recreational saltwater fishing. The opportunity finally came last month for many of us just to say Thanks. Many Thanks to the number of indiviuals, Groups, and Buisnesses for making this night possible. Just wanted to share a few photos from the evening
