Point no Point

Postby Todd Busby Cut Plug » Mon Jan 16, 2012 5:58 pm

Nance and I boarded the Ocean Sport this morning bound and determined to fish area 9. Leaving Everett at 7 am, the weather looked decent. As we hit Muk, we could see it building to the south. As we approached the bar, we realized the chop was too much. We ran for Point no Point and took a 22.0005" hatchery just west of the point. We were working bottom track hard till we saw bait at 65. I quickly brought the ball up to 60' and wham!

Only fish of the trip. Was a nasty trip back to Everett. We only saw 2 other idiots all day. It wasn't worth it! Should have stayed home and enjoyed the snow.

Green and cream coyote behind a Nelly special.

Cut me some slack brother. I'm just a mule deer junky. Let's drop the wind and get some area 9 action started!
