I rested on Tuesday morning as it was raining quite nicely up here in Stanwood and I went down late afternoon to the Stilly for a great coho show as the rise really put those fish on the move! I gave it a rest Wednesday and returned on Thursday to try my luck with about zero visibility but as luck would have it with the right jig combo I touched 2 dandy silvers but you know the silver story> LDR........ Oh well.... Persistence and patience are my trademark and it has always paid off handsomely as I returned today and even in pretty poor conditions with that old cerise jig with a Silver Horde UV clear skirt hooked and landed a dandy coho that was 35" long and had a girth of 21" Doesn't get any better than that and all within the first 30 minutes of fishing!Would love to share a few photos but stymied by these modern contraptions called computers..... Any tips or help would uploading be GREATLY appreciated!
