MA-9 Silvers Perk Up!

Postby Ray G » Tue Sep 06, 2011 7:01 am

It looks like a few silvers have started to make the turn into MA-9. We fished Monday and found 6 nice coho, the biggest being a 16lbr. The pink action continues to be strong in the bay, we noted angles that were specifically targeting Pinks were having very good success.

We spent the day targeting coho with the standard ace hi fly and hotspot flasher. I did find that the fish were defiantly running under the pinks. All of the fish we hooked were found in 250' of water with 120' of cable out.

Good times were had by all!

Here's my prediction: The Edmonds Coho derby will have MORE fish entered this year than last year!
