SMOKER

Postby Eddy C » Wed May 04, 2011 8:34 am

I have a good feeling about this coming salmon season.

I need a new smoker. I don't think a Little Chief is going to handle the tonage of this seasons harvest.

I would prefer to build one. I have tools and material.

What are you guys using? :?:
Any pics or plans :?:
Outside fire or inside fire?
Recipes?

Im a Northwest Wa. resident that loves smokin fish and all kinds of meats and just started a custom smokehouse business with some pretty cool themed smokehouses. Heres a few pictures of the first one. Its been a lot of fun building and testing them out!

Is it propane or electric? Does it take chips or pellets. I'm sure the rest of the folks here would like to know some more about it too Pioneer. Again...great looking smoker!
