I have just went over SB 5201, twice, and I found nothing relating to "derelict gear".

Can you point me to the page number and line that I must be missing.

Come on WD... I gave you two days to show us "...a bunch of crap that we want nothing to do with."

The fact is that the only thing about this bill a recreational fisherman should object to is the point that CCA and PSA had to spend recreational fisherman's money on their lobbyists to try to get the legislature to direct commercial fishermen to do the right thing.
