Pretty solid for day one. The ocean was flat today and I'll be willing to bet that the farther we get from the full moon, the better the fishing is gonna get!
I'm riding along with Team Bite The Big One tomorrow for pics and video. I can't wait!

Tom Kane and the boys on the Sunny One came roaring back today to within 50 points of Team Outdoor Emporium. They landed a total of ten sails and lost a few more...a great day for those guys! The OE team landed a 120 yellowfin tuna aboard the Spanish Fly after a two hour battle royale and picked up another couple of sails. The other boats raised 3 to 5 sails apiece. Flat calm seas today and hot in a damn-this-is-paradise-and-I-could-see-ma'sef-living-here sort of way. Tomorrow is another day and I'm sure one of the other boats will light it up. Fun stuff...can't believe I'm here :D

Team Outdoor Emporium/Sportco----------- 2,800 Points
Team Fish Tales--------------------------------------2,750 Points
Team Reel Adventures----------------------------1,050 Points
Team Lowrance ------------------------------------- 1,000 Points
Team Bite the Big One-----------------------------850 Points

This really is still anybody's tournament. With the amount of fish around all you need is one hot day on day three and you could be in the money. I was on the Spanish Fly today taking pics of team OE/Sportco. Seeing that 120 lb slab hit the deck after a 2 hour battle was awesome!

There are many relieved anglers that were glad to see that Team Outdoor Emporium didn't go off again!

You missed more than a party Bucket!!!
Last night's banquet was a hoot with a whole bunch of cash and prizes flying around.
The weather has been in the 90's and the ocean is flat calm...flat!!!
Everyone has had a great time and is sounding like they're coming back next year with friends!
I gotta go as today is our last fishing day with Tobeck who leaves for home in the morning.
Pictures later! Adios!
