I emailed my letter this morning and I forwarded it to Nelly and Robbo. Let's keep these letters coming........

As the post suggests, I sent an email, however, until this is resolved I send a repeating email same time, same message everyday until this issue is resolved! I'm hoping this message finally gets through their thick heads they work for us and to do their job!
You can do the same by setting up your reoccurring email message, I use Gmail and a free program called "boomerang".
