Wasabi Almond Crusted Albacore

I know it was months ago I talked about this dish on the show. Apologies for the delay in writing up the recipe. Life decided to get interesting on me for a while.

I'm a big fan of this dish. I suppose I should add "If I do say so myself" to that. To my mind, those almonds were made to pair with tuna ... and to eat out of the bag, while having a beer and watching football.
