Lowrance HDS 9 gen 3

Just upgraded to Lowrance HDS 9 gen 3 and Lowrance radar 4g----Now I'm first to admit my electronic skills are quite limited, so anyone know of folks who will come on the water with me to give me the low down on how to tune in this bad boy correctly? I figure I'm willing to spend a bit of $ to keep the learning curve short and sweet. Would really like a Lowrance person is possible. Is there such a person?
