Charter Guide Tipping

Hi all, Gary and I have never been on a charter fishing trip before and our cabin guests are treating us tomorrow. I am wondering what an acceptable tip for the Guide/Captain of the boat and the crew member if he has one would be. You guides...do not tell me a half a mill. Thanks!
