Far from being neutral, NOAA has been and is currently and consistently taking an anti-sports fishing stance.
From its San Juan orca sport fish exclusion zone fiascos to the current Puget Sound Salmon Harvest Management Plan and now this ridiculous press release...
It's pretty transparent that there is an agenda here passed down from the current administration spy
