Crabs and Kayaks

Postby onwhiskeycreek » Sun May 04, 2014 10:52 pm

We went out an set three pots in front of the cabin with the sit on tops. Then came back in and grabbed some regular sea kayaks to tour the estuary. There were a bunch of geese, sandhills and lots of migratory birds. After we let the pots soak for two hours we came back and pulled the pots and had a great feast. We had crab, toast from home made bread, and salad with pickled sea asparagus. Our guest brought some micro brews from Idaho with them to go along with the meal.

The pots had way more crab than we needed so we just kept the best ones for dinner
