I wasn't sure if I should share this here or in the "grill", since it's both a report & a recipe.
We've been slaying the lings lately, thanks to tips from Nicky Kester and of course The Outdoor Line.

Plus, of course I toss out a recipe, this one is for Ginger Steamed Ling Cod.

Awesome Blog Patrick! I am going to be sure to make this recipe. I would also be interested how you prepared those yakisoba noodles as mine always are missing something.
