nesting crab traps

I have some trap models available from the "new crab trap" topic and some more in the pipeline. If interested please send me a message. I'd be glad to give a demonstration as well if you just want to see how they work.

I recently tried this pot and it works really well. The nesting feature is very cool. These are large pots, and weigh enough that you don't need extra weight in them. Really smart design, and they work. Ramped tunnel, easy to get crabs out, and you can store some line in them when stacked. This was my first set.

Nelly tells me that they are awesome but I wouldn't know first hand as he still has mine and refuses to give it back.

You're gonna love 'em Mac!
Get yourself some bait bags with halibut snaps so you can hang your bait in the center of the pot and you'll have it dialed in
Better get 'em soakin' though, the season ends Saturday the 31st!

I picked up four of these in the last couple weeks of December. Hoped to get down to the south sound before the close but didn't make it. Thanks George. I can't wait for July to get them soaking. George also has a nice modular line system for these so you can adjust line length for any depth.
