No tidal movement

It looks like a real slow tide on Saturday morning. So would it be better to mooch, jig or troll under these conditions? Troll just fast enough to turn the flasher? I'm fishing the Tacoma area.

Hey TH,
If you can locate bait on the bottom and currents allow then jigging a Pt. Wilson dart on the edge of the candlefish should produce.
Herring tend to school in the mid water column early in the morning so mooching could be money!

If I were you, I would consider scooting up to Marine Area 10 which opens up to selective harvest on Saturday.

If the north MA 10 chinook C&R and resident coho fishery are any indication, Jeff Head and Kingston should be on fire!
