Here is your chance to ask NW fishing icon John Keizer the question that you've always wanted. John has been doing seminars on everything from Puget Sound salmon to tuna. I know Capt. Keizer at times fishes salmon with plugs and I hope to work them into my arsenal this season. I'd appreciate anything John will share about when and how to fish them, which plugs to use, and whether they can be fished effectively with other gear. Thanks.

question for capt. john keizer

looking at putting a new color depth finder in my jet sled , most of my fishing is in 0 to 60 feet of fresh water in rivers and some lakes, i am looking at the lowrance hds-5x model , my question is which transducer to get for my application , the 50/200 or the 83/200 . thank you to everybody at the outdoor line for the great show and the opportunity to ask the pros like john these questions.
thanks again bryan
