New to Saltwater

Postby dowizm » Sat Mar 26, 2011 7:04 pm

Hello,

I have been fishing freshwater for years and want to learn how to fish in the sound. I have a place on Hoodcanal near Hoodsport and was seeking a guide out that way to show me the ropes (for hire ofcourse). I have a boat and have been out crabbing several times just need to learn the gear, technique and the area. Any tips or guides websites or numbers would be appreciated.

That's a great call Robbo, Clint Muns is a very well informed, active in the political process angler who would provide a wealth of information to anyone new to the salt!
