Nelly, I am seeing fuel for the emergency closure of salmon fishing in the Columbia, and possibly statewide coming??? There might be merit to the WFC's efforts to shut'r down. :(

Nelly can you explain why Chinook would be excluded from the closure on the Columbia? Are they more adapt to adjusting to the higher water temps????
