Marine Area 7, July 1st

Postby wittyfunnynamehere » Mon Jun 30, 2014 2:30 pm

Hey guys, first post here. Don't be too hard on me if I make a mistake.....I've been fishing Marine area 11 for the last month and man has it been slow. I'm wondering where my best chance is to catch some Chinook or Coho this weekend? I'm looking to stay within the the puget sound. Any ideas?

First off, great handle! thumbup

Secondly and most importantly the title of this thread is your best bet until July 16th when MA's 9 & 10 come on line
.
I will certainly be fishing the San Juans for the first couple days of the season and I'm sincerely hoping for a solid fishery!

We'll post a report here -good or bad- tomorrow!

Good luck out there and thanks for joining our Forums! cheers

Happy hunting Nelly, I am going to fish the Pt. Defiance area tomorrow, playing hooky, hopefully the milder tides and promising timing of the tide change will help me out!
