Think "low and slow" King Me. You want the blade spinning as slowly as possible and get'em down deep where the fish are holding, although they will come up to whack'em at times also. I let the spinner sink until it's down in the hammer zone and then give it a pop to get the blade started. With the Bullet spinners it doesn't take much to get them spinning though. Vibraxes need a little pop to get'em started.
I've never done all that well with the hoochie spinners on the north sound rivers. On the coast, however, the hoochie spinners are dy-no-mite!!!
