Golf v. Boating

Postby haus_bh » Wed May 08, 2013 8:29 pm

As a golf coach at a local high school, we were at a match today at Legion Memorial golf course in Everett. If you are familiar with the course, hole number seven borders marine view drive. In the course of about an hour I watched an estimated 30-40 trailered boats drive by all with shrimp pots and fishing poles. I even saw a big red boat drive by followed soon after by a boat with all star on it. As much as I like to golf, I would have done almost anything to be out on a boat today or any time the past week or so. So with that being said, please share all your stories to help the rest of us get by and think about how much fun we missed out on.

Crank before you yank,

Golf coaching is rough duty buddy :D It was a sea of yellow pots out there today but it all seems to work out and everyone catches their shrimps. Every make and model of boat you can imagine was out there today. Pretty cool thumbup
