Brightest Tiger i've ever seen.

Got a couple of other pics around here where the body shape says obvious but the coloratiion will make you wonder. Will dig around later this week.

From Jeff June of the NW Straits Commission:

"Its a juvenile yelloweye rockfish. They don't get the distinct yellow eye until they mature. The juveniles have two light bands, one on the lateral line and a shorter one below. The juveniles have the black splotching on the fins, particularly the pectoral fins."
