Frontline's treatment of issues is always thorough and even-handed...
Which makes the prospect of this open-pit pool of battery acid at the headwaters of the last salmon stronghold all the more troubling.
It's going to be a battle. The Pebble investors have already poured $500 million into the project, projected to yield over $500 Billion in metals.
In my opinion, the fishery is worth much more than that.
The natives of that region have an epic decision to make and I hope they don't get fooled into thinking that the mine and the fishery can co-exist.
