What colors do you like?
When do you use the UV? On dark days?

What brands do you like? I have a few Hot Spots and a few Q-Cove break away.

I'm 90% QCove Jim's Break-Away these days.
They come in every possible finish and color and at chinook trolling speeds, they give you all the whip that any sensible hootchie could want!
If I'm slow trolling, I may go to a Coyote or other solid flasher for a different action.
I just love seeing that flasher at the surface, knowing that my big king can't use it to get away!

I'm with Nelly on the Q cove thing. Always been a fan of the red racer and now the green dragon is always working. When it comes to the UV thing, it will work as far as there is light penetration, so on dark days I would use GLO. ( this is my understanding of it ). Nelly,Robbo or Duane what's your take on it?

I don't think there is a bad time to use UV flashers.
Even in moon light/early morning there is UV light present in the water column.\
If you want to get your gear noticed... go UV! thumbup
