Yup, that's a Stabicraft!
Although they are built in New Zealand, they are widely popular in Austrailia with fishermen and government agencies alike.
If you're looking for a ride in one there is a Stabi test drive event at the Dagmar's Landing Boat Country in Everett this Saturday.

I couldn't agree with you more! I get pissed when a sea lion steals my salmon... I don't know how I would react if a mako pulled that stunt!
