The Tulalip Bubble

How accessible is the bubble from the boat launch there in the bay?

At low tide dose it shallow up to nothing or is it accessible at all tides?

Hey P, it's getting a little late for the Bubble but you should be able to access the ramp on all but the lowest tides.
The question is whether or not the Tulalips are allowing non-tribal access to their ramp.
I'll ask tomorrow and get back to you!
