This recipe is a keeper. I love capers and salmon, so I had to try it, and it was delicious!!!
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
• 6 ounces smoked salmon, chopped
• 2 table spoons of capers, or to taste
• 3 tablespoons chopped green onion
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
• 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
• 1-2 dashes of chipotle pepper
• 1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
Process in a food processor until the mixture is creamy and smooth, and serve with crackers or mini bagels at your table watching your favorite sports team.
