A big thanks to Peterson Pucks for sending the Outdoor Line a promo pack of their pucks to try out. I purchased some pucks a month ago to use on our bbq in Alaska and I just had to try one before I shipped them north. I cued up some oysters with an alder puck in the bbq and it gave the oysters a killer smokey flavor. Same results with a small chunk of springer...Excellente!
I'll be handin' some of these off to Nelly and Medium D on Saturday to try out at home. They sent us Hickory, Alder, Cherry, and Maple. The hickory pack just disappeared before my very eyes
