Peterson Pucks

A big thanks to Peterson Pucks for sending the Outdoor Line a promo pack of their pucks to try out. I purchased some pucks a month ago to use on our bbq in Alaska and I just had to try one before I shipped them north. I cued up some oysters with an alder puck in the bbq and it gave the oysters a killer smokey flavor. Same results with a small chunk of springer...Excellente!

I'll be handin' some of these off to Nelly and Medium D on Saturday to try out at home. They sent us Hickory, Alder, Cherry, and Maple. The hickory pack just disappeared before my very eyes spy Lookin' forward to hearin' the results from the boys over the summer bbq season drool
