Entiat Late Deer Tag

Postby The Goz » Sat Nov 30, 2013 3:25 pm

After fourteen years, I was finally drawn for the Entiat any buck tag. I watched this 27 inch, four point buck for over half an hour through the spotting scope. He was with 5 doe, not spooked at all. As the doe decided to move along, he began to follow, it quickly became decision time. It was day 3 of my hunt and I wasn't sure if this was the one I wanted, but the opportunity was just too good to pass up. It was a good choice, he was the biggest deer I saw the remainder of my hunt.

Helly yeah brother...nice buck!!!!

That's an awesome tag to draw Goz. Any one of those ridges could have a 30 plusser on it this time of year. Get's my heart poundin' just thinkin' about it
