Fresh halibut for the oven tonight was a treat! We lost one, and had a drive by , and this one below finally stuck.

We tried a new recipe tonight...delicious!!!
Herb Crusted Halibut. My wife cannot have yeast, so we substituted crushed wheat crackers for the Panko...I also added some crushed almonds to top it off. This recipe is one of my favorite so far!!! drool
