Trout Fishing

No need to wait for your favorite lake to open next weekend.
Lots of the year round lakes have been fishing really well the past month.
Chironomid hatches have been very strong lately. I've also seen some nice fish caught by folks trolling gear.

Robbo,
Not in the Tacoma area, but there is a lake down there that I'm sure you know of that has been kicking out some awfully nice browns recently. Last year was excellent. Need to head down there soon.

Roger that. Read between the lines ;)

Nice fish nonetheless and hope you can continue to avoid the crowds and enjoy good fishing after the opener. Gotta love it :!:
