SW Washington Steelhead Report

Postby OuterEscape » Thu Feb 16, 2012 2:26 pm

I had an opportunity to go chase some Chrome on a SW Washington river this week. Robbo came along and we were treated to a fine day on the river with a top-notch guide - Bret Ferris. A spectacular day with sunshine, ideal temps and a river full of Chrome Metal. The day was full of continuous action. The fish were tentative on their strike, with very subtle attacks on our presentations. but we managed to boat 3 nice hatchery Steelhead while side drifting and come home with a sun burn. Call Bret and book a trip, still plenty of time to get it on a very solid winter steelhead fishery! http://ferrisnorthwestguideservice.com/
