Nelly,

Nice fish. Good to see you out there today. We ended up hooking 15 and keeping 3 nice ones. Nice to see to those larger fish, we released many small ones today.

See ya Friday.

It just keeps getting better and better.

Even though a decent shot of fish moved into the rivers Monday following the Sunday showers (they are starting to get to be a pest to my cutthroat fishing -lol) the hot bite in the salt has improved. Early yesterday afternoon when I talked with the fish checker at Everett she had talked with 51 boats with 188 coho. That is a amazing 3.7 fish per boat and with 104 anglers in those boats a 1.8 coho per angler. With 2 fish limits hard to imagine it getting any better!

Tight lines

Here's hoping this action holds up for a while and by the sound of it... It's going to!

Team Cut Plug iced 6 coho's in 2 hours this morning. 37' down with cut plug herring and nothing else. Got to go old school with action like this. My brine is always the same, salt water, rock slot and frozen herring that soaks for an hour. That's all I need.
Have fun at the tourney. I'm going back to chasing bucks.
