Shrimps for Dinner!

Postby Robbo » Wed May 08, 2013 7:45 pm

I jumped on Nelly's boat with Tobeck and Pahukoa today for the shrimp opener and some ling cod fishin'. It was one of the few times that I was the "little" guy on the boat. We did great on the shrimps and even got to hook into a few lingers in between sets.

I figured you guys did really well on shrimp the way you were baiting those pots. We got one ling cod and shocker 30lb King in the horseshoe.

If you see the Grady leaving bayside say hi or hop aboard.

Nice kinger Odie thumbup

I swam a live herring on the ling grounds hoping that a king would grab it. Unfortunately a ling cod thrashed the herring and then came off.

Pretty good day of shrimping for us. Took a couple pulls but Tom got us all nice limits of shrimps. Super fun day out there some great friends thumbup

We'll be sure to say hello next time buddy. Ciao :!:
