Satsop Slayin

Postby Rock » Mon Oct 29, 2012 12:29 pm

Went out to the east fork for some fun bank fishing with the old man. We were looking for some possible chrome coho's that might have come up with all the rain but ran into a different story. We picked up a mess of chums and a couple chinook and two black coho's. The chums were SO thick it was a blast. We couldn't keep then off our lines and with the steelhead setups we were running it made for an extra amount of fun. Only have one pic because I broke my phone that night celebrating women dressed up in sexy outfits night. :D

This was the biggest and it put up a good fight. Alas nothing for the freezer but great memories with dad which is just as important.

Hit the satsop again this last weekend and what do you know just like Duane said on the show Sat. we picked up a Cutthroat on a brads wiggler. wasn't of any size but was sure cool to see it. hit the plug right off the seam.

Those little buggers are aggressive Rock. I got one last year on a K15, actually the same exact hole. Last year's fish was about half the size of this years. I think those cutties will take on just about anything...... Cool to know ya got one on a plug as well :D
