Cowltiz not super hot...

Postby Tally Ho » Sat Feb 25, 2012 9:00 am

....for me anyway. Hit Blue Creek area with 3 other guides on Thursday Feb 23rd. Observed 3 fish caught for 5 hours or so (only one for a bankie). No love for me. A few B runs seem to be there, but the bulk is still out there somewhere. River was 10900cfs and <3ft vis.

Bummer Mike! It was good for a week and then they jacked up the flows and the fishing went sideways again. Once it drops it should be good again methinks spy

Sorry fellas the river went from bad to worse this week with it turning to mud by 2/25 most guides have canceled there trips for the next week or so as it takes a little bit for the lakes above the dam to clear...When the numbers of fish build in there you can still get em but there is way to little viz and two few fish in there right now....so be patient...
