Bankin' On The Cow

I was having a need to satisfy my fish fix, so yesterday I decided to go down to the Cowlitz. I drift fished a small gob of eggs under a corkie and kept my lead lite, (thanks for the tip Todd!). The lite lead helped me keep from snagging and my presentation was as natural looking as possible. I hooked into this little buck and had a blast fighting and keeping him out of the willows. Guess what's for dinner???

Saw a couple caught the other day from the bank although we didn't fish around the bankies at all. Looked pretty good all in all
