Sinclair Inlet in MA 10

Does anyone have experience and/or reports out of Sinclair Inlet in Port Orchard? I read an article from 2009 that said they would expected a big return for 2012.
Any info and tips would be appreciated.

Those fish are released in Gorst by the Pogue Club. I've heard it's a cut plug herring show towards the end of the inlet just past the Navy yard fishing close to the bottom, but I've never actually fished it. Get ahold of John Lawrence at Defiance Marine in Port Orchard 360-329-6866. He knows a thing or three about it. Good luck!
